I started training with Sarah about three years ago, I had been to many other gyms and tried A LOT of other methods of losing weight, and none of them worked.
I only trained 3 days a week and was still eating normal food. I did cut back on sugar and alcohol but everything else stayed the same.
I began to see a huge change in the I felt and looked.
