I’m your sassy go-to girl who geeks out over all things health related & is on a mission to help women just like you break free from the grasp of diet-culture (with a laugh or two).
Not knowing how to transition from the restrictive mindset that you’ve held onto for years into enjoying a balanced approach to fitness & nutrition shouldn’t be the thing that holds you back from living your best life.
I’m gonna be honest here, I created my business because I was super tired of watching everyday ladies just like me feel like there wasn’t a safe place to cultivate the healthy habits necessary for feeling more confident and empowered in ourselves.
And at the end of the day, Sarah Sutton FIT was created as a space just for you—the woman who deserves to dedicate time & energy in themselves & feel like they’re supported at every step.
That’s where I slip in, ready to reflect things, hold your emotions and allow you to be a work in progress without the unnecessary pressure to be “perfect”.
Because you can’t hate yourself healthy, girl.
My Mission—

I’m an ex-Muay Thai bad ass and qualified in Exercise Science & Nutrition. But all YOU need to know is that I’ll hand over the strategies, tips and education on what you need to know, all while transforming the way you approach moving your body, eating delicious food and creating epic mindset shifts along the way.
Sarah Sutton FIT began because I saw a gap in women’s wellness that seemed to be overcomplicating everything.
Before I knew what was happening, I became the go-to women’s health coach for mums, everyday ladies and women ready to fall in love with movement & nutrition—minus all the guess-work of doing it by themselves.
Here’s why my approach is totally different:
Step 1/
Together, we’ll get down to the nitty gritty of what you’ve done, how you’ve felt and ultimately where you want to be. I trust that getting the context of YOU is super important to helping your journey flourish.
Step 2/
Next, we will deep dive into your training and nutrition, behaviors, patterns & conditioning that have influenced your path & are designed for where you’re at—right now.
Step 3/
Now it’s time to adapt, change and shift where required to make sure that you feel totally supported. It’s exactly why our programs provide ever-changing & dynamic levels of support.

It's hard to see just how far you've come when the only eyes you are looking through are your own!
It's hard to see just how much your discomfort has helped you flourish.
When you are your own harshest critic, it takes somebody literally telling you what to wear to your next PT session so they can put two photos side by side to show you the progress you've made.
Proud would be an understatement for the progress Alex has made!
She's had help, but she also forced herself so far out of her comfort zone to achieve this and she damn well deserves to be PROUD of herself.
Yes, her weight has clearly dropped but heck she has grown so much as a person and I'm so honoured to be a part of her journey!
