We do things a little differently around here. For starters, only focusing on intense weight loss or purely aesthetics just isn’t my cuppa tea. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for helping you become your strongest & most empowered self… but that doesn’t mean fixating on your weight, looks or food.
At the end of the day, quick fixes are just that. Quick and usually not long lasting.
My mission is to take a holistic approach to your lifestyle and training, ensuring that you actually learn to take care of your body, educate yourself and skyrocket your overall health (beyond the scales)
Any changes in your shape or body are just a side effect to getting your mind into a healthy rhythm, ya know?
